Everyone in business is talking about the challenges of tapping into the smart, energetic, but perplexing millennials. Understanding how to manage them – without changing everything else – has eluded many companies.

Unlike some “Generation” experts, my professional experience with millennials shows they can and will change to fit with your culture. In fact, to ask management to adjust to the millennials (as some “Generation” books might suggest) is to adopt a “tail wagging the dog” strategy. It simply doesn’t work for you . . . or for them.

In my extensive experience working with this generation as a consultive coach, I’ve found they want to please their employers and are willing to work hard to succeed. The issue, as with any new employee, is giving them the training so they “get” the culture, the work ethic and the expectations.

Customized Programs

Each series of workshops for your employees Is based on what has been tested and proven to influence decisions. Before we deliver our programming, we work with your management team to ensure the workshops are customized to the special character that defines your corporate culture.

Our experience working with graduates and executives shows that it is important to have ongoing contact. This invites discussion and testing of new concepts they learn. The program information “sticks” because your employees have time to apply them in real work situations.

We offer 3 series:
  • One Year (14 programs – 2 sessions the first two months, then 1 per month)
  • Six Months (7 programs - 2 sessions the first month, then 1 per month)
  • Three Months (3 programs - 1 per month)
